Once payment is received, we will email you to arrange for pick up or delivery within 24 hours. Items labelled pre-sale are made to order. Once payment is received, your order will be ready for pick-up or delivery (Edmonton only) within 2 weeks.

All items are made to order. As such, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on our part or if the item has arrived damaged. Please message us if there are any issues and we'd be happy to find a quick resolution.

Machine wash cold & hang dry to maintain quality. If using dryer, please use the low/tumble dry setting. Do not iron direction on design.
